Your order is shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Please note sometimes your order may be split into two separate large envelopes, this keeps our shipping costs down. Unfortunately we have discovered that sometimes one may arrive a day or two later.

Return & Exchange Policy
Be assured your tea is grown, processed and packaged on the farm. After the tea is harvested it is kept in a temperature controlled cool room in bulk bags, green tea is roasted slightly before packaging to achieve the perfect taste. For this reason we only package the tea orders as we receive them, the result: ultimate freshness. When ordered online the only third party handling your tea is the postal service. So if you receive your package and find it id damaged or torn please return the tea as soon as possible and we shall happily replace your package.
Please note we do not refund orders already dispatched.
We do however try our best to bring you fresh quality Sencha green tea.
